Release date: March 15, 2010

March 15, 2010 release of Data.gov contains a number of functional improvements and two new communication channels for the public to interact with Data.gov. New features include:

• Metrics reports for the site, such as data content, visitor statistics, and hosting statistics, are available on Data.gov.
• The search function on Data.gov has been integrated with Search.USA.gov.
• A complete web design update.

A blog has been created to encourage the public to share their ideas on how to improve and grow Data.gov. The Data.gov blog can be accessed at this URL: http://www.data.gov/blog/.

The Developers Corner is the place where the developer community can share new ideas about the API, new data formats, semantic technologies, and other relevant topics. The Developers Corner can be accessed at this URL: http://www.data.gov/developers.
